Wow. What an absolute pleasure of a service from start to finish.
Our first contact with Yvonne from Harley's was when we were looking for a property. We missed out on the first one but she frequently called us back with information on any upcoming properties that suited our needs before they went to public market.
She was so attentive that when it came time to sell our property we didn't think twice but to go with Harley. Within a week we had our property on the market and Yvonne was doing everything within her power to ensure we were happy and kept up to date at every step of the way. She treated it as if it was her own property, as she knew we had agreement of purchase on our new place and had to move fast. She spoke to us often about trying new advertising, pictures and new ways to get eyes on our listing. Within a week we had multiple viewings and a very good offer too. Yvonne even managed to get us a better price than we may have hoped for with her bespoke "apologies" for getting us more than we had asked for too.
Even after all was said and done, she was an attentive, supportive and reliable in making sure communication was smooth and open with the buyer (something even the solicitors were failing at). With her on our side we felt at ease the whole way. What could have been a stressful process was made easy and (relatively) relaxed even!
